Do You Qualify

The qualifications for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange are by far the most lenient of any major stock exchange. The application process requires:

  • unaudited financial statements for the last 2 fiscal years
  • a business plan with a reasonable strategy for success
  • 250,000 EUROS in total tangible assets that may include cash, inventory, receivables and equipment
  • some additional basic information about the corporate structure

Although it is not a requirement we recommend that companies with a minimum of 2 years in business demonstrating revenue growth and profitability pursue a public listing. These companies generally have a business strategy that will increase revenues with an infusion of working capital to support growth both organically and by way of acquisition.

Typically companies generating a minimum of $3-$5 million and more in revenues are most attractive to the European investment community.

Getting listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is really the easy part. Securing new sources of capital is ultimately the objective and an executable business plan is essential to our efforts to help you attract new investors.

European investors are very comfortable investing in companies that reside and do business in North America, however those businesses that have an international component to them either currently or planned in the future will be the most successful in attracting new investment.
