CBD Financial Group begins the process for potential clients with an intake meeting to determine whether pursuing a listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is feasible. We take the time to understand your business, the growth potential and the major reason for wanting to explore the public company route.
We also take the time to explain to you what the steps are necessary to move forward and try to understand and crystallize your expectations. Surprisingly enough there a many different reasons a company wishes to be public and it is our role to explore what yours are. Once we all understand the requirements, expectations and each of our roles in the process we are ready to move forward in a long term business relationship.
We provide you a check list of information we require most of which should be readily available. For example, we require your Articles of Incorporation, 2 years of unaudited financial statements and a list of officers and directors. We also require a business plan and we will assist you in its preparation.
The above are all documents that are required to gain access to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and be accepted into the electronic trading system. We also engage a Sponsoring Broker to represent your company to the Deutsche Börse.
Most importantly we examine your capital requirements and establish and implement a marketing program that will meet your needs. We expect to provide access to new capital within 4 weeks from your first day of trading. This program continues for several months and helps you achieve your fund raising objectives.
